| Please follow the instructions below to
access your SQL Server database using Enterprise manager.
The internal ip to use within your code is 192.168.1.101
1) Open your Client Network Utility (Start -> Programs
-> Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 -> Client Network
Utility)
2) Click "Add" to add our server to your
list
3) On the "Add Network Library Configuration Form"
enter the following information:
Server Alias - JE2000 Hosting
Network Library - TCP/IP
Computer Name - 209.151.65.111
Port Number - 1433
4) Click "OK"
5) Click "OK" - This will close out the Client
Network Utility
6) Open Enterprise Manager. Right Click "Microsoft
SQL Servers" and select "New SQL Server Registration"
This will open a wizard. Click Next.
7) Select "JE2000 Hosting" from the list
of available servers and "Add" it. Click Next.
8) Choose to connect using SQL Server Authentication
9) Enter your assigned user name and password. Keep
on clicking next until the wizard is completed.
