JE2000, LLC always
wants to stay ahead of its competition. We new it was
time to either upgrade our existing servers or purchase
a new one. We went from 512 MB of RAM to over 2GB of
RAM, a single 866 Mhz processor to dual 2.4 Ghz processors,
and 40 GB to 120 GB hard drives with RAID. If we were
to upgrade our old server we would have had downtime
of about two hours. We realize being down, costs you
money. Therefore, we decided to purchase a brand new
server and move over the accounts one by one. A process
that took about 48 hours but more importantly, there
was no downtime.
One change on the server is your ftp login. If you
cannot login to your ftp account, your username is your
domain name (i.e. je2000.com would be the username),
up to 20 characters. Your password should be the same.
If you are using front page extensions your username
is domain.com_fp (i.e. je2000.com_fp), up to 17 characters.

Your path is now c:\domains\domain.com\wwwroot\. Please
update any scripts that were using the old path.
Additionally, to access the shared SSL certificate
the address is https://secure3.ntwebb.com/domain-com/.
For example, http://www.je2000.com/order.html is encrypted
securely at https://www.je2000.com/order.html
Also, we upgraded FrontPage extensions to FrontPage
2002 extensions.
You can access the new control panel by going to http://helm.ntwebb.com.
If you are having difficulty logging in, please fill
out a support request at http://helpdesk.je2000.com/cgi-bin/pdesk.cgi
or emailing support@je2000.com with your domain name
and username/password combination you are trying to
login with.
To access your newly upgraded livestats, go to http://stats.ntwebb.com
and type in your domain name for your server id with
no username and password.
